For your list of properties, you had:
Under this is a column of values
for the number of visits today, in the past 7 days (including today),
in the past 30 days (including the past 7 days), and to-date, which
includes the last 30 days and any prior activity.
This count is augmented only once per visitor "session", which begins
when a visitor first arrives at your summary page and lasts until
they close their browser. Therefore when they come back again they
will be counted again, but returning to the list between looking at
each listing will not affect the count.
This should be the actual number of visitors to your listings.
Each property was visited:
This table summerizes visits to all of your currently available
properties (note: to also view counts for sold listings, see the end
of this help file). The number of visits to properties are counted
slightly differently than to the summary list: every visit to a
listing is counted. People may see the summary list many times during
one visit, as they look through your properties, and we only want to
count that as one visit. For individual properties however, it is
significant if they decide to look at it again, even if during the
same visit, so a second look will count a second time.
Address: Each listing reported is identified by street address.
Status: A further identification of the listing.
Most Recent: This column shows the number of
days since the most recent visit to each listing.
Today: This column displays the count of the
number of times each listing details page has been viewed today.
7 Days: This column displays the count of the
number of times each listing details page has been viewed within the
last 7 days, including today.
30 Days: This column displays the count of the
number of times each listing details page has been viewed within the past
30 days, including the last 7 days.
To Date: This column displays the count of the
number of times each listing details page has ever been viewed.
Click on a column title to sort by that column:
The order of listings on the report can be presented by address, status,
most recent visit etc. The sort is always descending on the column you
select. Therefore any of the number of visits columns will sort from
most to least. Most Recent will sort with the most recent date at
You can also see the stats for sold properties:
